CW: Rambling about possible weight loss and factors
It seems possible that I've lost one or two pounds recently. I had a stable weight plateau that might be shifting downward now. There were some recent changes intended to bring that about, and also some confounding factors:
-- a diluted tablespoon of cider vinegar every morning; even diluted it's so offensive to me - malic acid? - that I can barely finish the cup, but allegedly it aided weight loss in children. Being an adult, do I need to change the dose?
-- a handful of pistachios every day
-- a little extra fiber, in the form of sandiches with "keto" bread and alfalfa or other sprouts
-- a half dozen dark chocolate milkshakes in the last couple weeks, LARGE ones that use half a bucket of Breyer's Natural Vanilla (that isn't so natural since Unilever got its mitts on the company and added gum to it). Did I gain benefit from the dark chocolate in spite of the calorie excess, as recounted by someone else?

That's a lot of confounding factors and the loss is yet small, so a pattern is not yet obvious.
