Isaac Watts , Congregational hymn writer, argues for charitableness. A giving soul is the clearest depiction of God’s character. God excels in the characters of wisdom, holiness, power, sovereignty, and justice. These are his very essence. Yet despite all of this, Scripture states that God is Love.
Some may reduce God to “love”. Some live a life that denies that God is Love.
How can you paint the Picture of the God-head in fairest Light?

John Wycliffe, a Protestant martyr, on the 6th Commandment. To kill is to not feed the feeble, those in pain, ashamed to beg, or made so by the sufferance of God.
Even if someone were in a sad state is due to God’s sufferance, Wycliffe would say a huge duty to feed: your fault for murder in death. Instead, do we now put dying people into the box of “God’s will”; go back to watching the game?
How can you avoid murder today?

When I read your toot, my first guess was Apostolic Pentecostal, bc that was the denomination my mother chose before she started abusing me sexually. The speaking in tongues thing is called glossolalia, and that all by itself is traumatic. No, these people worship at this church to allow themselves to abuse. That is the purpose of that church.
They sin hard, and they pray harder.
