Had a really lovely #Pride weekend here in #Toronto despite heavy police presence (#ACAB please go away), variable weather, rude folks pushing and shoving at the #parade, and one asshole on a bike screaming "f*ggots" at me & my family while we were walking to #ChurchStreet. Had drinks with some of my dearest friends, showed my SIL and BIL around the gaybourhood when they visited, bought some art from indie vendors, and had a nice older lady randomly insist on paying for my ice cream at one of the food trucks.

It's #Pride #weekend in #Toronto and there's more happening than you think.

This weekend will also see #road #closures around #ChurchStreet and #WellesleyStreet.
