And here, in neighboring #Monterey County, similar efforts include Greenfield Community Science Workshopβs weekly bike ed labs in Greenfield (as mentioned in our Summer Bike Buzz https://bikemonterey.org/bike-buzz-summer-2024-news-from-bicycling-monterey.html) and occasional GCSW bike workshops in other #Salinas Valley Communities (https://bikemonterey.org/salinas-valley-bicycle-repair-workshops.html), i.e., #Chualar, #Greenfield, #Gonzales, #KingCity, #SanArdo, #SanLucas, #Soledad. Among other bike ed efforts in Monterey County: bike repair and maintenance classes at Monterey County Probation Dept Youth Center, the first high school bike tech classes in Monterey County, launched by Bicycling Monterey in 2012. https://bikemonterey.org/probation-dept-youth-center-bike-education.html
