I don‘t think anyone will be able to grasp how fucking HUGE it is for me to have watched 2 long episodes of the OPLA show in 2 days. That‘s 2 episodes more than I could endure on my TV from 2023 to right now w/o having to turn it off due to an emerging migraine or eye pain! I cheated a bit and heavily lowered the screen brightness but STILL. That‘s some quality of life gained back right there, even if it won‘t work every day.

I feel like I would be happier if I could figure out the differences between my migraines reliably and take painkillers for them accordingly.

Like - when do I have the most basic one that goes away with XY, when is it going to be hemiplegic and it needs XMP, and when is it a tension headache (also type of migrsine btw) that only gets worse if I take wrong painkillers and not a relaxant, and it gets so bad I can't even nap it off.

question: does anyone know if any neurologists or headache experts would be interested in my notes and observations surrounding my migraines? like in an scientific/academic sense?

one of my scientist friends who i shared them with said i should consider reaching out to somebody since theyre so in-depth and ive been documenting my migraines for years. but idk how to do that or if there would actually be any interest lol

If anyone sees this, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. The migraine has combined with a sinus headache, and although I've gotten some rest, I can feel the pain even while I'm asleep. I have #ChronicMigraines and #ChronicHeadaches, but this one is especially brutal.

Some things about me:

I am #aromantic, #asexual, #agender, and #intersex. Very #queer and #neuroqueer.

I have so many disabilities, I find it difficult to remember most of them. This includes the following: #ADHD, #Autism, #Insomnia, #Dysautonomia, #ChronicMigraines, #Type2Diabetes, #VisualSnowSyndrome, #Agoraphobia, #Dyspraxia, #ChronicDepression, #TopographicalDisorientation, etc. This list is nonexhaustive.

Trying to eat dinner (KFC) and managed about half of my 3 piece box. Suddenly, started getting nauseous. I knew to stop immediately, and just throw out the remainder. I think I'll keep down what I ate.

Headache is starting now. Yes, another #migraine . I know that stress has been the main trigger for the much more frequent occurrences in the last couple of months.
