Oof, my head was very not happy about lying down, sat up & it's slightly better, time for pain meds. I don't think it warrants an abortive, seems more tension headache than migraine.
My new flat back studs should be here today though 😍😍 will post pics later.

Woken again at 3.30am by head pain, yesterday morning was exactly the same time & head pain, took a Maxalt abortive both times, hoping that's enough coz now I can't have any more Maxalt as the limit is 2 within a 7 day period. Am gonna have some pain meds, it's been a good run this last while though.

Oof, I so enjoy being woken up by my brain going we can't lie down any longer (hit the pain button) you couldn't have just sent a wake up signal 🙄 pain meds on boarded, hoping that as I move around abet slowly until the pain goes away, will also have a coca cola & crisps.
It's also Ajovy stab day 💉

Its gonna be Ajovy day on Thursday, today one is feeling a little delicate so one is implementing the three Cs protocol, Coca Cola (caffeine), Crisps (carbs) and a Cocodamol, trying to stop this head pain from progressing to a migraine and alleviate the slight nausea as well.

Today wasn't too bad, started with a bit of head pain, but then hubby started playing Recall by Plaid from his Polymer album & my brain went NOPE! had to get hubby to stop it.
