Ok, so... sometimes I wake up to a nosebleed in the middle of the night or sometime in the morning. (My morning can be early day for my timezone or 8 to 12 hours after I fell asleep -- or both! For once.)
Today's fun was: both nostrils, a blood clot (sized the area of my middle finger nail or slightly more), and I am STILL spitting blood hours later.
The spit ups are the area of my pinkie finger nail. I spit them up every 5 or 10 minutes.I'm pretty sure this was a posterior nose bleed, judging from where the itchy congestion feeling is, since the nose part stopped. (Posterior means toward back; anterior means towards nose.) It feels like it's way at the back of my throat, maybe near my uvula.
Period soon, so maybe I should take some iron pills. At least the Kyleena IUS coil (omfg?!) reduces heavy period flow a bit. Mirena IUS coil can stop periods, 'Amenorrhea', due to more progestogen in it. I love that, but I didn't realise a lower dose one was available, so the mood alterations should be better this time, too.

Like a section for medications, physio stretches, any measurements to take, and symptoms to discuss at next appt.
Each list would have Braille numbers or tactile symbols engraved. Then you glue a set of labels next to it so you can change them if you need to. And slap a laminated sticker over the lot.
Could do that as-is, really.

Hello loves, I realise I've committed a bit of a Mastodon faux pas and not done an #Introduction so let me offer you a belated one.
Recently aquiring a #disability/ #chronichealth condition in #TrigeminalNeuralgia has upended my life. To that end I was 'rescued' by my forbears in the shape of the 200+ love letters they left behind - so I turned them into the #podcast 'My Love Letter Time Machine' and now spend large chunks of my life in the 1880s. Mainly to escape the pain, but also in the hope that it might eventually keep me and the cat fed. I love #gardening when I can manage it, bit of a #coffee snob, and adore #music. Learning to play the #piano and have a mild (cough) #fanfic addiction. I love playing #Zelda and #jrpgs. Recently divorced. I live in West #Wales and can get by in #Welsh.
