So #Jellyfin on Android wasn't working great for casting from the #RaspberryPi to #ChromecastAudio. I tinkered with my Linux laptop and got mkchromecast working with Strawberry to cast perfectly.

I probably could have just used the web interface for Jellyfin on the laptop, but that would have been too easy.

Now this is strange.

I just installed #fedora #bluefin on a laptop, and one of the #chromecastaudio device appears as an output, without me doing any configuration. The other chromecast speakers are not shown.

I would very much not have this speaker, but I don’t know how to disable it.

I thought this might have been connected to via bluetooth, but even with bluetooth disabled, the speaker is still shown.
