My new French #accordion is en route. Asking the factory for courier + tracking number if they have one. But woot! This is a totally different type of accordion, no piano keyboard, but a chromatic button accordion (C system). Gigantic challenge, but a wonderful workout for a right hand that is affected by #stroke damage and so often weaker. Today’s linguistic success was hearing back from a French accordion maker, who replied to a query in French, saying "Votre français est impeccable, pas de problème." Zut alors! 🤣 French Higher in 1989! I know it’s in their interests to make potential customers happy, but I’ll still take that as a win!
