When making an out-of-focus image of two parallel LED strips with a cheap magnifying glass, an optically quite shocking result is found. #Optics #ChromaticAberration #RainbowBonanza

This morning’s #WaningGibbous #Moon taken at about 02:30 UCT after it had just risen above the horizon and I was able to take the #photograph through an open window rather than having to go outside this time. I’m slightly disappointed at the amount of #ChromaticAberration in the #image.
