A White male police ofc wearing bullet-proof vest, w/ handgun, taser, pepper spray, & a baton, saying that "feared for his life" of an UNARMED Black man, that was running away??? So #ChristopherSchurr, shot #PatrickLyoya in the back of the head. Police shooting at someone running away is agst law w/ SCOTUS, Tennessee v. Garner. Also, cops are not judge, jury & executioner. Lyoya shld be alive to face charges in a court. Ofc Schurr always had the upper hand & did NOT fear for his life. -
