I have been working on this shelve system for displaying our holiday towns and decorations in the off seasons. This is the beginning of a long project and is just the beginning. We have French cleat shelf system on the wall with lemax holiday village sets, most of which we got on sale last year.

Today's #FestivalOfMolk activities are scratching a few itches for me...

* Helping cook the annual volunteer thank you breakfast at our church
* House cleaning
* Mowing the weeds (before I go away for a week and it goes feral)
* Building the final set for this year's #Lego #ChristmasVillage (with #LightMyBricks mod!)
* Binging a TV series from my pile of shame.

This Light My Bricks mod for this set is delightful and really makes it pop. What is clear is just how much more advanced their build techniques are and how their methods have progressed - almost every cable hidden! (The double-sided tape blocks really help.)

Looking forward buy more kits to light up my LEGO sets!
