At first I was trepidous about RTD's return (I still am to some extent) but this has given me some confidence. Rather than dismissing the Timeless Child, he is using it as a jumping off point for the new series
Many argued that the TC had taken the mystery away, but for me it added a whole new layer. Now he truly doesn't know who he is, where he comes from or how many lives he has had, and I hope this story is explored further in the years to come

Fazit: Es lohnt sich.
- Der switch von #ChrisChibnall zurück zu #RussellTDavies wird der Serie gut tun. Das merkt man schon jetzt in jeder Minute. Freue mich auf die reguläre Staffel
- #NcutieGatawa als Doctor hat Potential. Er ist sympathisch und großartig wie immer. Charakterlich noch nah an #SexEducation's Eric. Hoffentlich zeigt er mehr.
- an vielen Stellen aufgesetzt "woke". Hat die Serie in der Form nicht nötig.

People love to complain about the episodes with the #ThirteenthDoctor on #Doctor who, whether it is #sexist complaints about #JodieWhittaker or complaints about #ChrisChibnall bringing back plotlines from the original run.
I quite like most of the 13th Doctor episodes. There's certainly nothing as ridiculous as Clara and Me flying away from an amnesiac #TwelfthDoctor in an American Diner #TARDIS at the end of Hell Bent.
