When the going gets tough, the sensible person pauses to bake a #ChocolateCake.
My sense of smell is being pleasantly informed of alchemical delights being concocted in my oven. Sodium bicarbonate is dancing with lactic acid from yoghurt to leaven the cake into a dark and rich sponge. Fats, cocoa, and eggs are knitting together to hold this confection in the form of a fluted Bundt.
