Climbing Ryubokuyama (流木山) (7/8)

That was Fun

Going down was easier than going up, and Chino and Cocoa raced to the bottom, laughing and shouting.

Once at the bottom, they cried up at Chiya, “Hurry, hurry or the crab will get you..”

This resulted in a peal of laughter, which ended when Cocoa pinched Chino.

“The Cocoa Crab wants and not from Chiya.”

Chino blushed, looked around, and then gave her “sister” a hug. “As long as you don’t pinch me. If you do, Chinolot will have to deal with you.”

Cocoa gave her another hug. “I promise. I love you so much.”

Chiya interrupted their touching scene by sliding down the last bit and landing right in front of them. “That was so much fun! Let’s come back to the beach tomorrow and have another adventure.”

Climbing Ryubokuyama (流木山) (6/8)

Enough

Cocoa-chan stopped halfway up on a ledge with a marvelous view. She waited for Chino to catch up while she gazed out.

The two rested till they had their breath back. All the time taking in the view. To the left, they looked down the coast along a sandy beach. To the right, they could see a rough coastline and two of the film crew lounging on a rock. The two waved to the two crew people, Rin who took care of the set, and Nade who cooked. Rin and Nade waved back.

“Cocoa, I think this is far enough. The view is lovely from here,” Chino said.

“I think you’re right,” she replied, then looked toward the top of Ryubokuyama and shouted. “Hay, Chiya, I bet we reach the bottom first!”

“No fair,” Chiya complained, started to slide down.

“Let’s go,” Cocoa said. “Let’s show her.”

“I would like to welcome you to our next production, ‘Climbing Ryubokuyama,’” a fuffly round white rabbit announced. “After the success of my first movie, ‘Melon Pan and Wendy,’ I was asked to come back and do another one.”

First, let me introduce myself, “I am Tippy. A happy Angora rabbit. And believe it or not, Chino-chan’s (one of the stars) grandfather. It’s a long story. Midori Aoyama has promised to write it.”

You hear a voice offstage yell, “If I can get Rin’s permission!”

Another voice drifts in, “Only if this script is a success AND you finish your new book.”

“As you can tell, we decided to do a casual interview to introduce our movie and the cast,” Tippy continued.

The cast for “Climbing Ryubokuyama,” includes:

* Hoto Cocoa, the returning star of “Safari - A Kawaii Photo Adventure,” and “Once and Future Lawyer Barista Baker.”
* Kafuu Chino just off the set of from staring in “Lady Chinolot and Witch of the Sea,” as the bold Chinolot.
* Ujimatsu Chiya, Mother Darling in “Melon Pan and Wendy.”

Climbing Ryubokuyama (流木山) (1/8)

“I would like to welcome you to our next production, ‘Climbing Ryubokuyama,’” a fuffly round white rabbit announced. “After the success of my first movie, ‘Melon Pan and Wendy,’ I was asked to come back and do another one.”

First, let me introduce myself, “I am Tippy. A happy Angora rabbit. And believe it or not, Chino-chan’s (one of the stars) grandfather. It’s a long story. Midori Aoyama has promised to write it.”

You hear a voice offstage yell, “If I can get Rin’s permission!”

Another voice drifts in, “Only if this script is a success AND you finish your new book.”

“As you can tell, we decided to do a casual interview to introduce our movie and the cast,” Tippy continued.

The cast for “Climbing Ryubokuyama,” includes:

* Hoto Cocoa, the returning star of “Safari - A Kawaii Photo Adventure,” and “Once and Future Lawyer Barista Baker.”
* Kafuu Chino just off the set of from staring in “Lady Chinolot and Witch of the Sea,” as the bold Chinolot.
* Ujimatsu Chiya, Mother Darling in “Melon Pan and Wendy.”

You can hear an offstage voice cheer, “That’s us.”

And of course, myself, Tippy, as director.
