Persistent police contact killed Pierre Damas Bel!
Pierre was a Haitian immigrant who grew up in American high schools. He was even a member of his local JROTC program and dreamed of going to college for a medical degree.
One day ICE put an ankle monitor on him.

ICE killed another person, this time in Maine.
It's only been five days since ICE last killed a random person in public while harassing suspected immigrants.
Today's ICE murder is notable for killing Joan Sebastian Guerrero(26) who the feds already say was an innocent third party to the initial alleged immigration warrant and in the US legally.
At this point ICE having a warrant is always an "allegedly" situation.
