Ok, I finally tried their weird sandwich. I guess, weirder than the last(!) This is that new Dominican (I think) place near Port Authority, Los Munchies.
I think it’s called the Cachapa. Instead of bread, you get two corn pancakes, basically. Then you choose the meat; beef, chicken, pork or mixto, pork & chicken.
It’s pretty much a mozzarepa with lettuce tomato & pork. Would not order again.

Lunch today. The wife played it safe with a chicken #chimichanga. I opted for #tacos #Guatemalan style... Ground beef mixed with potatoes and green beans, topped with diced beets, onion and boiled egg. It was amazing! Oh, and a #ChileRelleno for me as well. #foodie

Finally, it’s garnished with fresh #guacamole made from neighborhood avocados, plus Mexican lemons, a touch of cumin and salt; then a spoonful of sour cream, and a few extra tomatoe, and cilantro leaves.
