A small pack (320g) of chicken liver, 3 small onions, 4 large white mushrooms and 2 cream cheese makes enough food for 3-4 meals with rice or in sandwich.
And Mellie loves it too.

I really don't like buying items packed in plastic containers, but the chicken liver is 4€ a kilo at the supermarket market and 9€ a kilo at the butcher.

Oh happy day, finally found chicken liver at SuperU and bought 3 containers.
Just made some chicken liver with diced potatoesfried with red onions and soy sauce. Usually add cream to it but I don't have any and it's good without it too.
