This is the result of trying to log into #Chewy.com through a #VPN.
We see this same pattern at many websites.
2 problems:
1) "Please try again later" is a lie. It's never going to work as long as I'm on my VPN. If you insist on blocking VPN traffic, you need to tell legitimate users that.
2) STOP BLOCKING VPN TRAFFIC.

I get why companies love subscriptions to products. It makes sense. It actually does save everybody money. But the chances that I get the re-order frequency correct are zero. Today I had to force an order of cat food. This is a fairly consistent order but I have never gotten the reorder frequency correct. Instead of making me guess weeks do it for me! “delay this order” and “delay this order one time” and “ship now” are 99% of the inputs you need to make this automatic.

My vet says, "We don't call pharmacies, they must call us."

#Chewy says, "We don't call veterinarians, they must call us."

So after days (months?) of this nonsense, I convinced my vet to call Chewy.

Chewy told my vet (who called me) that I had to add my cat's profile to my Online account and once that was done, call them back and they'll call Chewy again.

Finished profile. Called my (now-annoyed) vet back. They "have no idea" who told me that. Noncommittal on calling them back. 🤬

WARNING: Don't use the #Chewy Pharmacy. 🤬

I tried to place an order back on April 10 for medicine for my cat. I was told to send a prescription.

Sent them a PDF. They rejected it. Said it had to be mailed.

Drove to the vet. She printed it out & signed it. Chewy either never got it or rejected it. 🤷‍♂️

Cat's meds ran out and I had to buy more from my vet at 3x the $.

Sent a SECOND copy on Vet letterhead a week ago. They're STILL asking me for it.

Autobilled me for my first REFILL today. 😱
