Jan Michener, Executive Director and founder at Arts Holding Hands and Hearts (AHHAH), explains that she started AHHAH to teach positive and creative life tools to the youth in Chester County's criminal justice system. Since its launch in 2013, it has expanded greatly throughout the county to best serve as many young people as possible. 🎨 🚸
