Polski chatbot AI trafi do mObywatela. Minister cyfryzacji podał termin
Za około trzy miesiące aplikacja mObywatel zostanie wzbogacona o chatbota opartego na polskim dużym modelu językowym PLLuM.
Taką zapowiedź złożył wicepremier i minister cyfryzacji, Krzysztof Gawkowski, podczas swojego wystąpienia na konferencji Masters & Robots ’25 w Warszawie. Ma to być pierwsza tego typu implementacja krajowego modelu AI w aplikacji rządowej w Europie.
Podczas swojego wystąpienia minister Gawkowski podkreślił, że choć aplikacja mObywatel przekroczyła już 10 milionów użytkowników, kluczowym wyzwaniem pozostaje uzupełnienie kompetencji cyfrowych w społeczeństwie, szczególnie w mniejszych miejscowościach. Celem rządu jest, by z aplikacji mogło korzystać nie 10, a 20 milionów obywateli.
Wprowadzenie chatbota opartego na PLLuM (Polskim Liniowym Lepszym Układzie Modelującym) ma być krokiem w kierunku budowania „polskiej suwerenności technologicznej”. Minister wspomniał, że model ten, rozwijany z myślą o rynku, będzie działał obok modelu Bielik, który jest przeznaczony do wsparcia administracji rządowej i samorządowej.
Krzysztof Gawkowski poruszył również inne tematy związane z transformacją cyfrową. Wyraził nadzieję, że do 2035 roku uda się całkowicie wyeliminować obieg papierowych dokumentów w administracji państwowej. Podtrzymał także swoje stanowisko w sprawie wprowadzenia podatku cyfrowego dla globalnych gigantów technologicznych. „Płać tyle, ile zarabiasz i nie pozostawiaj polskiej firmy na aucie dlatego, że ona płaci, a ty nie” – stwierdził wicepremier.
