Cycled across the country for the solstice (coast to coast aka c2c). Took the east to west option (Roker to Whitehaven). My longest and most elevation ride so far. Didn’t help that it was during a heat wave (Garmin reported 33c at around half way). Would have like to have been a little faster but my legs didn’t have any power after kilometre 150. Goals for the year were metric century and an imperial century. And I’ve now done 2x 200km+ rides this year. 250km next?

Just registered for my first #ChaseTheSun UK South #cycle! Excited and glad I got all winter to train on the turbo.
