Been super quiet lately – wrapped up a PCB badge commission (eeee! ✨) and am now fully immersed in Events Summerslam!!
Also still inching toward launching #Charmware – https://charmware.tech 😸The Open Healthware reception was full of awesome nerds; now it's Open Sauce, Crowd Supply Teardown, Def Con, and maybe 1-2 smaller events... then, breathing again! See you out there 🤘🤘

It's nice having a bunch of simple art-bits around from #Charmware circuit boards – they work well as readymade music graphics :3
That said, I seem to have hit a wall on the current PCB badge project, after spending roughly 15 hours straight on it... the braincell keeps hard-pivoting over to music. Time to get outside and reset things~

Gonna go live in a min and dig through my recent, giant scale maille haul – I think a fair number of them are scuffed/scratched, so will be tallying those while sorting out the nicest ones for #Charmware jewelry & putting them in tackle boxes. Should be pretty chill :)

What if you could save data to your earrings?
I've been working on this #Charmware MicroSD jewelry concept for a year+, and (as with the recent LED one), am SO EXCITED to finally pull together some semi-polished prototypes!!This year, I intend to finally start selling my functional circuit board jewelry – including custom/branded options for these.

New vid! #PCBs I made in 2025, part 1: LED charm ✨
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTH1NuelDigFinally pulled together a prototype with this little board – one of my new #Charmware set, reviving the series of modular tech #jewelry bits I started back in 2018. Been dreaming of assembling these with elytra and bike-leather, and the day finally came... The board still needs some tweaks (smaller switch etc.), but with my fixed-up #KiCad workflow, those will be a snap. 😸

- 2 new #Charmware designs (will post tests soon!)
- Upgraded my #ESP8266 programmer planchette! (ordered yesterday)
- New modified Joule Thief board for the holidays! (ordered tonight)...And various other things, like this #Hades gem concept :D

Some preliminary doodles for the #Charmware #PCB art :) I'm planning to make a whole collection of these, so it doesn't hurt to have extra bits 'n' pieces of designs. I like where those planets on the left were going, actually...
