3/12/24: Elemettle v0.0.0.10

Continuing work today on implementing the art assets made on 3/10.

I know there are more important things to be working on than a char editor this early on, but

A) it has to get done eventually anyway

B) I'm having a lot of fun with it

and C) Will help me streamline making NPCs

Left it today in the middle of setting up the breath cycle, but the end result should be wicked cool
