#Chapmans #icecream was already on the list of unapologetically #Canadian food companies, and we were already fans.

    - of the few ice cream producers on Canadian #retail #grocery shelves to stick with SFI certified paper packaging including in the low waste brick style instead of tubs.
    - during covid they encouraged vaccination and brought in mandatory testing (if you didn't)
    - are ditching all American ingredients

I would go see how they are as a person employer on Glassdoor but now I need to give Indeed my identity so, no.

Otherwise, we love Chapmans. This is, indeed, how you do it.

Chapman's Ice Cream Instagram post with a statement from Ashley Chapman, Chief Operating Officer. The statement addresses the impact of Donald Trump's tariffs on Canadian businesses. It emphasizes the company's commitment to absorbing cost increases to maintain prices and their efforts to find alternative international suppliers for ingredients unavailable in Canada. The message concludes with a declaration of reinforcing Canadian-first policies and a commitment to never becoming the 51st state.

A sign is displayed in a store, with bottles of alcohol visible on the shelves below it. The sign reads:

"FOR THE GOOD OF ONTARIO. FOR THE GOOD OF CANADA. In response to U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods, products produced in the U.S. are no longer available until further notice. Looking for an alternative? Ask our team about our extensive range of Ontario- and Canada-made products. LCBO"
