So the biggest NZ Supermarket 'Countdown' that used to be 'Foodtown' (when it wasn't a 'Price Chopper' or a 'Big Fresh') is changing it's name to 'Woolworths' - while separately, its 'OneCard' loyalty program that sometimes used to work with your 'AA Card' but not always, is becoming 'Everyday Rewards' and the 'seamless' transition between the two is anything but.
I would not like to be one of their customer support people right now please and thank you.
