Sortie aux #champignons aujourd'hui entre les gouttes, les chanterelles en tube de notre coin habituel ne sont pas encore là, enfin elles sont minuscules (il faudra y retourner plus tard, elles sont en retard par rapport aux autres années). On est tombés sur de belles #girolles par contre, certaines étaient sur la fin mais il y en avait aussi de toutes jeunes. Je ne croyais pas que que ça pouvait pousser aussi tard les girolles.

Spent the day foraging for Fall Chanterelles in the forest. Wildcrafting is such a satisfying pastime, and we’ll cook up our almost three pound bounty tonight and freeze most of them for later.
