Overview Within the northwestern portion of the mainland of the State of Vermont is the County of Franklin, home to the City of Saint Albans and towns such as Georgia, Saint Albans, and Swanton, just to name a few. This is the one cent stamp that was on the back of the Lipton's Tea Advertising Card that I discussed above.
This one cent Canada postage stamp commemorated The 300th Anniversary of Quebec (1608 - 1908). It depicts two historical figures - the explorers Jacques Cartier and Samuel de Champlain and has the notation "IIIe Centenaire de Quebec) at the foot.
