Not much in the way of surprises in the #ChallengeCup this weekend. The outstanding result I'd say is #Goole's win at #Halifax. Them and #Keighley the two remaining non-#SuperLeague teams in the next round.

A quick update. The second round of the #ChallengeCup has been happening this weekend, where the remaining community clubs ran into the second tier pros. Unlike some years, there were no obvious potential shocks.
For stattos, it's useful. The ratings atop the Conference League get inflated, and this is a chance for those points to transfer upwards, and for ratings to become more realistic. 502 points went into the Championship, making it slightly stronger than the Conference Premier on average!

No cup shocks this round - today's matches have all gone the way of the professional teams, and the one all-pro match was a tight win for #Doncaster over #Newcastle. The last match of the round has #MidlandsHurricanes dismembering #Aberavon, 58-0 at half time. #rugbyleague #challengecup
