What would my ideal sick day look like if I could take a day off to recover?

1- Non-dairy hot tea with sweetner & cashew milk -or- hot chai latte delivered in bed whenever I wanted.

2- A good book

3- TV with remote & a couple of streaming services

4- Wonton soup from China King with lots of broth

5- Nibbles to tempt my tummy

Do I have a dedicated writing space? How do you set it up?

I don't really have a dedicated space. Yet. My office upstairs is a cluttered disaster, but one day it will be a haven.

One day.

Now, the big difference is my software. My work is mostly in MS Word (which I hate, to be truthful), so I write in Scrivener. I'm more productive, and using it helps put me in the mood.

Also, chai. Chai helps with productivity.

I had a #vørterøl last name, a #Norwegian alcohol-free #maltBeer.
I just got up and should make myself a cup of #EarlGrey #tea.
#ChaiLatte would be good too, but I don't really have the right blend for that atm.
