Gender discrimination in Century City private equity firms remains a documented issue. Women continue to face pay gaps, promotion barriers, and retaliation after raising concerns.

California laws like FEHA and the Equal Pay Act provide strong protections for professionals dealing with workplace discrimination.

Century City professionals should know: non-compete agreements are 100% prohibited under California law.

SB 699 and AB 1076 expanded protections, voiding enforcement even if agreements were signed out of state.

Business & Professions Code 16600 strongly favors professional mobility for talent managers and entertainment lawyers.

Retaliation claims among Century City executives are rising as senior professionals speak up about misconduct. California law under FEHA and Labor Code 1102.5 protects protected activity from adverse action. Westfield Century City Shopping Center now has a massive "Uniqlo" Japanese fashion store on the 2nd level & boy, is it packed. The place is swarmed with shoppers to the point you can't get by people in some aisles.

And they're gonna have special in-store events for Anime shirt patterns, Pokemon-inspired fashions & Japanese Sake brands. (I'm coming back for the Sake event for certain!)

Welp, good luck to the Banana Republic or the Old Navy in the mall.

The best #escape room I've found in Los Angeles has been "#TheEscapeGame" (TEG). Their Las Vegas location was fantastic in all dimensions & luckily they're now in Los Angeles at the #Westfield #CenturyCity shopping mall.

For comparison, I've also been to PanIQ Room/Vegas, 60out, MagIQ Room, Quest Room & Maze Rooms. (The closest to TEG was PanIQ Room/Vegas)

Besides the intricacy of the story/solutions, you have to wonder how much TEG's rooms cost, the setups seem so elaborate & expensive.

Pro-Tip for #gaymastodon and #transitgays:

The cruisiest bus line in #LosAngeles County with the hottest men is Metro Line 4, as gays shuttle between #DowntownLA, #EchoPark, #Silverlake, #Hollywood, #WestHollywood, #BeverlyHills, #CenturyCity, #Westwood, #SantaMonica, and the beach.

You’re welcome. #WeHo
