I'm delivering the @centretownbuzz newspaper with Archie tonight. He says he can use some help with the door-to-door fill in routes this weekend.
If you can to help him out for a couple hours or more, contact him at [email protected]
(he does like 40-50 hours of delivering per month so even an hour or two will help! He can pick you up and might buy you lunch, too!)

Wow, Cheese It Pizza closed. Terrible pizza, across the street from Gabriel’s much better pizza and a block from Awesome Pizza’s slightly better pizza. But an institution never the less. Ate a lot of slices from here on the way home from the market over the years. #ottawa #centretown

#OTTAWA is doing a few things right this summer!
* Street Seats will bring programming, public art, seating and flowers to #Centretown. Look for the new brightly-coloured installations on MacLaren, Frank and Florence Streets.
* There’s a new outdoor event space at Bank and Slater called "Uncommon". It features food, bathrooms and sound and lighting.
* Starting July 1st, personal consumption of alcohol will be permitted in two parks in Somerset Ward: Minto and McNabb.
* The National Capital Commission has installed a swimming dock at Dow’s Lake and so far, it’s getting rave reviews.
* Recent changes to our city’s parks bylaw made it easier to close streets for #festivals and to have food trucks at block parties and special events.
