I think youtube started shadowbanning Vaush since past few days.
Why do I suspect this? Usually, videos from channels I frequent consistently appear on my youtube suggestions feed.
I watch Miles in Transit - there are Miles' videos on my feed.
I watch Last Week Tonight - there are LWT videos on my feed.
The same was with Vaush, until recently. I am now forcing the algorithm by watching random Vaush videos, but none appear on my feed.

@Owl @minds I can't speak toward anything that you haven't mentioned, but as far as those two tactics, I'm perfectly comfortable with the trajectory it sets in motion for those miscreants, and I welcome them to place themselves into a bubble, all alone with themselves.
For a little background, see my earlier post ;) It certainly works for me, with no regrets whatsoever, and truth be told, those EU and California residents disregard their own governments anyway, contrary to what is specified my TOS/AUP.
People don't like to be excluded based on where they live, and will ignore the edicts of their own governments, just so they can belong.

Any information like pictures, text, video can be sued for even when not registered with them.
Downloading, uploading and sharing can be fined in the range $5k-15k. To make matters worse this cannot be appealed ($5k sum).
