Last night I watered sparingly the pollinator flowers by bucket, topped up the bee bath and the upturned snow slide disc. Today numerous birds from magpies to blue tits have stayed tamely by the kitchen window feathers damp singing or cawing their hearts out. This made me feel delighted. Later foxes will drink from the disc. #CelebratingAugust
