Привет, Хабр! Я Антон Боганов, в команде РСХБ.Цифра занимаюсь внедрением и развитием платформы цифрового рубля, а также управлением цифровыми услугами. В этой статье будем говорить про деньги и их загадочную третью форму — цифровой рубль. Прошлым летом мы в банке вывели в эксплуатацию Платформу Цифрового Рубля. Теперь государство, компании и люди могут пользоваться счетами Цифрового Рубля, проводить платежи друг другу в цифровой валюте, в том числе технически уже с середины этого лета с использованием самоисполняемых контрактов.

I actually do consider myself a fiscal conservative and in that vein believe that any and every agency that hasn't passed an audit together with any and all agencies that cannot show public benefits to the masses of people who live in the USA should be either eliminated completely or face dramatic cuts, which is to say The Pentagon, CIA, FBI, NSA, NIA, ICE & the DHS should be eliminated with the entire defense department - mainly the regular military getting dramatically cut in it's budget. Likewise we should be switching congress to a per diem pay schedule and off of salaries, with pension removal and rolled over into the standard SS retirement system. When those benefits were put in place they were commonly had by workers but now they're nearly non-existent.
I still likewise believe #UBI but not as a small amount given as a #CDBC but rather at as a long-term livable amount of money that would be sent out as direct deposits to banks or credit unions of people's choices and hold an option that if some want paper checks or cash direct, that they'd be allowed to pickup said money's in person at their nearest post office. This could be connected to reopening postal banking or not, giving people choices being the most important part of this. An amount

Debit- & Kreditkarten machens schon, Versicherung & Anbieter verdient halt kräftig mit.Bis Bargeld ganz weg ist, wirds eine Weile dauern. Da aber CBDC Zahlungen kostenlos sind, wird vom Hausrecht Gebrauch gemacht und weniger Cash-Kassen geöffnet.
Programmierbares Geld kann Ablaufdatum & Limiten (Alkohol, Medien, Spenden) haben und ist eine Vorstufe des #SocialScore.
