Science mastodon people, when we stimulate #tcell receptor-knockout T cells (without #CD3 expression) with aCD3/aCD28, it works surprisingly well, eg. as seen by upregulation of activation markers almost like wildtype cells. Any experience or literature on T cell stim w/o signal 1?
