Recently, I've been cooking early in the morning to prep things to eat later.
This morning I'm making #CaulifowerMash . . .
just cut up & steamed a big head of cauliflower & am getting ready to "mash it" up in the #FoodProcessor after which I'll add sour cream, butter & salt to taste.
It'll last a week or more in the frig until I finish it all. Just reheat as needed.
