  1. We started to limit our cat's living space for the nights only to our bedroom and one neighboring room.

Pros: she stopped meowing in the most distant part of the flat in the middle of the night until we wake up and go be with her whatever she's doing there.

Cons: instead of meowing, she bites my leg around 5 AM.

Overall, I call that a win.

  5. Writing My Life’s Purpose
Animals have always played an important role in my life. Growing up, I felt as if my pets understood me far better than any people. Animals were my safe harbor in a very turbulent upbringing, and even before I realized I was neurodivergent and what that entailed, my connection with animals help me to

  9. This grief washed the Fake Mask away instantly. This is the moment of coherence.

She saw herself clearly: pure, loving light. She remembered her true name, Cristina (Consciousness, the Christ-Light).

She realized the journey was not about suffering, but about using the intense energy of grief to move beyond low-level fear (Force) and step into the high energy of love and power.

The Moral of the Story: Coherence

The purpose of the painful journey is the realization. Your ability to give peace to another life proves your loving nature.

Your tears are the bridge. In your healing, you become the light that helps others remember their own true name.

We are all one, and your remembrance is the key to uplift the world.

  11. “Well, she’s been spayed now. Nochka is wearing a recovery vest — or at least she was. She tore it off almost immediately. Luckily, the incision is small and didn’t open. I settled her in the basement for a bit, but had to let her out the very next day. She was extremely displeased. She really doesn’t like being indoors.”

  12. I would like to start a new hash tag called #CatStories and see how far it goes. (To my fellow blind friends, that's capital c, capital s). I think we can all have a bit of fun with it, even those of us who are not lucky enough to be owned by cats but who love them. Share a story of your cat or a cat whom you know, with or without a picture. It can be funny, heart-warming, silly, or even strange. Ideally, it would be true, but if you feel the urge to be creative, you may do so. This is meant to be light-hearted.

  19. Indoor cats are hilarious. I'm just glad I don't have ones that bolt to run out the front door anymore-- I've had those. Ours now (We have a 6 year old male and a 3 year old female) are SUPER indoors domesticated, as I found out the other day. They never go outside, and they do NOT like to- I always forget this. 🤣

I like the rain, and it doesn't rain much here in the Arizona desert. So it was raining LIGHTLY the other day, and I just grabbed both cats, one in each arm, to take em outside to stand in a few (I can't stress how light this rain was 🤣) rain droplets for a couple seconds.

As soon as I just start to get CLOSE to the raindrops, the 3 year old climbs up over my arm, jumps down, and BOLTS back inside the house. That's how much of indoor cats they are. Ran right back inside. That's a new one. 😹
