I was finally able to get a good recording of The Lady Catherine purring. She's got some motor. Maybe one of those motorcycle exhausts designed to be extra loud. Sorry about the YouTube link! I don't know how to add alt-text to YouTube, but the only audio is her purring. She's a chubby brown tabby with white paws and asymmetrical nose blaze getting brushed by my son, using a gray rubber hand brush that is shaped kind of like a kitchen sponge.

The Lady Catherine, Nibbler's liege, has the absolute sweetest little paws. All four are white with pink toes that have small patches of black.
