Intentionally very vague wording but would even a simple majority in a sham election boycotted by the opposition, like in 2017, count?
That could cause a huge conflict with the EU and Spain if Ireland alone recognises Catalan Independence & is opposed by the other 26 member states.
But at the same time, it's great to see SF being so openly pro-Europe.
