Cautionary note, kids. When using #castiron #pans for #cooking - remember that your seasoning isn't permanent. Metal spatulas can and will scrape it off if you're aggressive enough.

I don't know which member of our household did this (could have been me for all I remember), but we will be having a re-seasoning party shortly.

Life keeps handing me major Ls so far in 2023, but that ain’t gunna keep me from cooking some good ribeye and asparagus.
