  1. #NowPlaying For #TheSundayStarter and #Cassunday, limited edition tape with two gorgeous sidelong pieces from Early Music (aka Jon Collin and Karl Boson) and Ancient Music (aka Michael Krassner or Boxhead Ensemble) on the flipside. grapefruit1.bandcamp.com/album

  2. Right, last one I suspect before the food is done. Continuing with cassettes and this, I believe, is an underated Jam album. It’s never talked about as being one of their best, but contextually I think it marks the transition between youthful enthusiasm to mature song writing. Weller comes into his own here, and never looks back. #TheJam #CassetteTapes #CasSunday

  3. Waking up with a cough and sore throat can’t stop Jazz & Coffee Sunday. In fact it makes it more important. Some Jazz Messengers to start today, the ever present Art Blakey on drums of course. #CasSunday #Jazz #CassetteTapes #HardBop

  4. On my third coffee, and as is traditional for Sunday some Art Blakey & Co.

    I’m just missing the cigarette.

  5. #NowPlaying #TheSundayStarter #Cassunday What happens when you put water into your synthesizer? All proceeds from “Imagine a Dolphin…” by #TonyRolando go to #LamplightAVL to support Asheville area artists who were affected by Hurricane Helene. tonyrolando.bandcamp.com/album

  6. #NowPlaying #Cassunday Unlike his contributions to #Incapacitants, #Hijokaidan, and #CCCC, “The Warm Garden” (1993) by #FumioKosakai (小堺文雄) is plaintive music for electronics, Casiotone, violin, and metal plate. Hand dubbed cassettes with professionally made J-card. youtube.com/watch?v=Sy_SE4U-uo
