I use low-end Casio watches. I don’t find glow-in-the-dark things impressive. However, this model just adds a lamp and an extra battery, and the issue is fixed.

I quite like the #Casio ABL-100 for its vintage aesthetics and a feature set that matches my needs. Especially the fact that it is a bit larger then the iconic F-91W makes it a better fit for my wrist.
That they have gone for a resin case is a bummer though, after only a few months of daily use the case looks worn and the chromium coating is already gone on a few spots.
I'd really like to see a ABL-100 with a stainless steel case.

Ik heb een #ollee mod in mijn casio w-59 gebouwd. De domste smartwatch die je kan hebben. Ik heb er ook eigenlijk echt héél weinig nuttige toepassingen voor, maar ik vond het een extreem cool idee dat er een nerd in canada is die een alternatief uurwerkje voor dit horloge van een tientje bouwt, waardoor mijn 80's lozzie ineens bluetooth heeft, stappen telt, weer-info, zelfs spelletjes!
Het enige dat je er echt aan ziet: in slaapstand staat er nu #antifa in het scherm. Of ja, voor zover het lcd-scherm de juiste tekens heeft :p
