Esselunga e Pam Panorama hanno di recente annunciato l’imminente apertura di punti vendita #cashierless a Milano.
In pratica il cliente entra, fa la spesa ed esce, senza passare i prodotti in cassa.
A rilevare che cosa è stato acquistato ci pensa un sistema di telecamere, bilance e sensori, che tracciano ciò che si preleva dallo scaffale .
La criticità più evidente riguarda la #@privacy, in quanto c’è il rischio che i clienti vengano “schedati” tramite riconoscimento facciale o del corpo.
