It's #CincoDeMayo today, and I'm giving a nod to the day with the enjoyment of these two Mexican-style lagers: Chela from #XichaBrewing, brewed with corn in the lighter style; and Muy Chido from #CascadeLakesBrewing, darker with Vienna lager influences. The mid-winter seasonal Red Haze from #CascadeLakesBrewing returns this month. Red Haze is a hazy #RedAle brewed with Altus and Cascade hops, designed to bridge the transition from winter to spring over the next several months. It’s 6.4% ABV with 40 IBUs and available on draft and in 12-ounce cans.
