The Carthage College Theatre Dept. is constantly challenging themselves and pushing boundaries. Tonight I'm seeing "The Kenosha Verbatim Project," weaving together interviews from Kenosha residents following the shooting of Jacob Blake and the violent protests that it caused.
Theatre is a powerful tool for getting folks to consider hard questions. I'm proud to have colleagues who are producing work like this.
