I have no higher priority than affordable housing for people who cannot afford the exorbitant prices to rent or buy in our community.
Whether it's the Taoiseach or FG/FF/Ind councillors, I won't allow affordable housing in our area to be blocked by those with other priorities.
Public land that's zoned residential should be used solely for affordable homes and supporting amenities. No exceptions and no special treatment.

Is this an urban planning dilemma or an easy choice:
Do we support the easy option of earmarking more fields and hedgerows for development expansion or the bolder step of turning existing concrete and tarmac surfaces to homes that don't cost the earth?
