I had surgery to relieve #carpaltunnelsyndrome in my dominant hand a few years ago. I think it's coming back. Has anyone heard of such a thing?

I take this as a sign I need to retire. Too much time clicking a mouse. Not enough time hiking, tying flies to leaders, pressing shutter release buttons...

Saturday I attempted to ride with some #Brompton bros to #Tagaytay. 🚴‍♀️ I bailed when we got to #Anabu. Even with #PedalAssist I had trouble keeping up. And my left hand was numb. #CarpalTunnelSyndrome

Now that Big Bike ⚪️🚲 has new 🔋 + the old 🔋 as backup, I was hopeful I'd make it all the way. Well, I didn't get to find out. I was suffering enough already and saw a #Starbucks. That was my cue. I said goodbye and ditched the group. 😅

I rode 106 km in total. 😳!!

And this reminds me of one of my favorite flyers where only a graphic was printed and the lettering was done by hand, on each individual flyer with a Sharpie, even on the quarter-page handbills.

The people doing the lettering eventually got bored of writing the same text over and over, so the text started to disintegrate over time.

By the end, the band I'm in was mutated into:

Self care day, meaning going to the doc for my #CarpalTunnelSyndrome, and getting both my #FluShot and #COVIDVaccine booster. And hey, helping out future people at this Walgreens by making them have to get the info for the #BridgeAccessProgram so i can get my covid shot for free.

Work was okay. District manager came by our store this evening, just after I'd vacuumed the lobby, and he said it was the best lobby he'd seen all day. And my manager complimented me on it as well. I guess the kids have been half-assing it. Wrists still giving me issues though. How long should i take the "otc meds, wrist braces, and stretching" approach before i actually see a doc for my #CarpalTunnelSyndrome? Cause this is getting frustrating.

I guess it has to do with my wrists often resting on the sharp front edge of my MacBook Pro when I'm at work.
