2/ CareSource's GuidingLight was compromised and that is the system they use to order care, etc.
Even before this, it was horrible and nobody, not even case managers knew how to use it.
CareSource contracts with Area of Aging, which is where my case manager is. MoveIt is wider than they are saying. I haven't seen my Area of Aging on any hack list.
