The #SanDiego Sheriff is asking for $3 billion to upgrade our jails because she wants to provide “better care”
Imagine if that $$$ was instead used to provide care thru hospitals, mental health centers, rehab facilities, schools, food banks - even housing!

He will be eligible for parole in eight. He cut off someone's head and showed photos of the head on social media.
